(92% Albillo/Pirulés, 2019, 8% White blend from Toro 2020)(100% Tinta de Toro) The Varieties: Albillo/Pirulés field blend 94% (2019, grapes sourced from the Burgos and Soria regions of Ribera del Duero. Verdejo /Malvasía / Sauvignon Blanc blend 6% (2020, grapes sourced from the village of San Roman de Hornija, Toro region only 5 varietal White blends from toro and Ribera del Duero, yeasts. Crianza on the fine lees for 18 months in oak barrels; 7 x 225L French oak, mix of new and second use, and 1 x 500L Acacia, all selected especially for the characteristics imparted in the balance of the final blend. Small but potent refresher added of concrete deposit fermented old vine field blend of Verdejo, Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc from San Roman de Hornija, Toro.(3000cs)
