This specific ‘assemblage’ comes from vines grown at four terroirs, three in the village of Davayé, Quinci, Condemine, and Précusin, all of which have different aspects and different quantities of clay and limestone in the soil, and the
forth, Verchère, is a particularly isolated parcel of old vines that have to be harvested by hand, near the village of Charnay
