Colli Vicentini
Colli Vicentini is located in Montecchio Maggiore, in the province of Vicenza, next to the castles of Romeo and Juliet and near to
magnificent Palladian villas, just at the foot of Colli Berici in an area of ancient winemaking tradition. Founded in 1955, the cellar includes 1,500 growers and 2,000 hectares of vineyards mainly located in the hilly region covering the four most important DOC zones: Colli Berici, Vicenza, Lessini and Gambellara. Colli Vicentini S.C.A. Is committed to achieving the best quality in its wines by safeguarding the indigenous characteristics of vines and by maintaining local traditions.
The grape-withering, refinement in oak barrels and barriques, and preparation of sparkling wines following the charmat method all
take place in a new building called fruttaio, “from vine to wine”.
